Relaxing Stretch - Annabel
Flexibility is key to achieving good ballet form and technique. In this class we follow a range of low impact stretches and exercises to elongate and shape muscles, whilst helping you to achieve more flexibility, better extension and alignment in the body.
Classic - Annabel
Join one of our classic classes online. Starting at the barre, we warm up and work through exercises based on classic ballet technique. We then move into the centre for port de bras, core work, balance-work and stretching. This class is suitable for all levels.
