QUICKIE 1 - 30 min
30 min quickie ballet fitness class. 15 mins of barre, 10 mins of centre and 5 mins of core and stretching mat work.
A quickie 30 minute, easy to follow ballet fitness class. Starting at the barre, we work the leg and lower back muscles. Moving into the centre for some light cardio, core and arm work. Then onto the floor for glute activation and stretching.

This is a great exercise for strengthening your core, legs and inner thighs. Turn your legs out from the hips, keep legs straight and point the feet. Lower and lift the legs for an increased abdominal challenge.

This is a great exercise for strengthening your core and legs. We stretch throughout this exercise to improve muscle shape and length. Try to keep your posture straight and shoulders relaxed to minimise tension in the neck.
