Stretch, Flex and relax

Flexibility is key to achieving good ballet form and technique. A dedicated stretching class is the best way to increase your muscle flexibility and condition.

A range of low impact stretches and exercises to elongate and shape muscles, whilst helping you to achieve more flexibility, better extension and alignment in the body.

This class is perfect for you if:

You want to improve your flexibility, extension and ballet technique.

Our Stretch class is an all level class and your instructor will provide options to make some exercises easier or harder.

When?

Sunday is 10 am (UK time)

Equipment

  1. A mat / rug / comfy flooring for floor work and stretching.

  2. We occasionally use a barre for Relaxing Stretch class so you might need a chair / counter top handy.

You will need (for online classes):

  1. Enough space to lift your leg in front, to the side and behind you. (Move those vases!)

  2. A yoga mat / towel / comfy flooring for mat work and stretching.

  3. A computer or phone you can link to the class through set up in a place you can see clearly.


The tech bit:

We use Zoom for our live classes. When you book your class, you will receive a booking confirmation with the Zoom live-stream link as well as class time and date.

We’ll also email you a reminder of the live-stream link 1 hr before class.
