Quickie Class - Your Lunchtime Ballet Fitness Fix.

One of our most popular classes - our Quickie class is a 30 min ballet workout you can do in your lunch hour, and still have time for lunch!

We work through 10 mins of barre exercises, 10 mins of centre and 10 mins of core, stretch and flex on the mat. All exercises are designed to get us nice and warm, work those deep muscles and really shape and tone.

An all levels class, exercises are easy to follow and all you need is a chair or something of a similar height to use as a barre.

This class is perfect for you if:

You want a quick lunchtime ballet fitness workout. Or if you want to top up your weekly ballet fitness routine.

The Quickie class is an all level class and your instructor will provide options to make some exercises easier or harder.

When?

Tuesday 6pm (UK time)

Friday 12pm (UK time)

Equipment

  1. A chair or something you can use as a barre.

  2. A mat / rug / comfy flooring for floor work and stretching.

You will need (for online classes):

  1. A chair or something you can use as a barre (tabletop, counter top etc).

  2. Enough space to lift your leg in front, to the side and behind you. (Move those vases!)

  3. A yoga mat / towel / comfy flooring for mat work and stretching.

  4. A computer or phone you can link to the class through set up in a place you can see clearly.


The tech bit:

We use Zoom for our live classes. When you book your class, you will receive a booking confirmation with the Zoom live-stream link as well as class time and date.

We’ll also email you a reminder of the live-stream link 1 hr before class.
