Cardio Flow Ballet Fitness Classes
Our liveliest class, Cardio Flow is a non-stop aerobic and calisthenic ballet workout to really get the heart pumping and shape those muscles.
We keep it elegant with traditional ballet leg, arm and feet placements and work in repetition, pulses and leg lifts for a full body workout.
Cardio Flow is a centre-based class, meaning there’s no barre work. We end the class on the mat for a quick core and back set and we finish with a good stretch to release and cool down those muscles.
This class is perfect for you if:
You want a full body workout and you like your classes to move at a faster pace.
Cardio Flow is an all levels class. Whilst your instructor will keep things moving, we encourage participants to listen to their bodies and take a break as and when they need to - so you can be assured that everyone is moving at their own pace.

A mat / rug / comfy flooring for floor work and stretching.

You will need (for online classes):
Enough space to lift your leg in front, to the side and behind you. (Move those vases!)
A yoga mat / towel / comfy flooring for mat work and stretching.
A computer, tablet or phone you can link to the class through set up in a place you can see clearly.
The tech bit:
We use Zoom for our live classes. When you book your class, you will receive a booking confirmation with the Zoom live-stream link as well as class time and date.
We’ll also email you a reminder of the live-stream link 1 hr before class.
