Ballet Fusion ABC - Arms, Butt, Core & Stretch in 30 mins Flat.

Ballet Fusion ABC is one of our newest classes. Combining the most effective exercises from our Core class, Butt class and Arms class to give you 30 minutes of serious strength, shaping and toning.

The class finishes with a lovely deep stretch to ease those muscles out and aid a gradual cool down.

An all levels class, exercises are easy to follow and you will be encouraged to take things at your own pace.

This class is perfect for you if:

You want a quick targeted workout.

Your instructor will provide options to make some exercises easier or harder.

When?

Wednesday 12pm (UK time)

Equipment

  1. A chair or something you can use as a barre (not all classes will use a barre)

  2. A mat / rug / comfy flooring for floor work and stretching.

  3. We occasionally use optional light hand weights in this class. Bring light dumbbells, wrist weights or cans of beans from the kitchen.

You will need (for online classes):

  1. A chair or something you can use as a barre (tabletop, counter top etc).

  2. Enough space to lift your leg in front, to the side and behind you. (Move those vases!)

  3. A yoga mat / towel / comfy flooring for mat work and stretching.

  4. A computer or phone you can link to the class through set up in a place you can see clearly.


The tech bit:

We use Zoom for our live classes. When you book your class, you will receive a booking confirmation with the Zoom live-stream link as well as class time and date.

We’ll also email you a reminder of the live-stream link 1 hr before class.
