Happy Clients
It’s where I live, and I might be biased, but Greenwich is genuinely one of London’s most beautiful corners. Nestled by the river with cobbled streets, a historic market, and stunning walks through the park, it’s worth a visit in its own right.
If you come along to the pop-up, take some time to wander around. Grab a coffee from Grind or Crosstown, browse the market stalls, and have a peaceful moment in Greenwich Park. The pop-up is right in the middle of it all.
And if you can, I highly recommend getting the boat, rather than the train or DLR. It's by far the loveliest way to travel :)
The Hidden Garden, Greenwich Park
A gorgeous and peaceful little walled garden tucked behind the Observatory. It’s one of my favourite quiet corners – perfect for a post-class breather.
The Meridian Line (at night)
It runs through Greenwich Park from the Observatory and is lit up beautifully after dark. A subtle but special sight.
All the UNESCO Greats
You’ve also got the big draws. The Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum (Free entry), Royal Observatory, Queen’s House (Free entry), and plenty more if you want a proper culture fix.
Rhea’s Guide to Greenwich
Walks along the river
Head west towards Deptford or east to the O2 – the river path is calm, wide, and great for a clear-headed wander.
Greenwich Market
Independent makers, vintage finds, many, many food stalls and small surprises – always something new to discover. I rarely make it through the market without getting myself a little treat.
For the Bridgerton Fans
The rose garden near the Observatory is home to Ranger’s House, which fans might recognise as a key Bridgerton filming location. Although last week it was hidden behind big walls – so it looks like filming is underway for the next season!
Pubs Worth Visiting
The Trafalgar Tavern: Historic, full of character, and right on the water. The food is always excellent and they serve Champagne by the glass ;)
- The Plume of Feathers: My local and a proper old pub with low ceilings, a walled garden, and a great atmosphere.
The Painted Hall & Chapel
Genuinely breathtaking. Also tucked away nearby is the old skittle alley inside the Old Royal Naval College (you have to go looking!).
Blackheath
Not technically in Greenwich, but walk all the way through the middle of Greenwich Park and you'll pop out on Blackheath. A few minutes stroll across the heath and you'll find yourself in Blackheath Village. A haven of wonderful cafes, restaurants, delis and shops. Well worth a visit if you have time.
